We are a direct manufacturer with our own factory in Shenzhen, China. We have 15+ years of flashlight manufacturing experience and export to 50+ countries.
Standard MOQ is 100 pcs for most models. For OEM/custom orders, MOQ is typically 500 pcs. Please contact us for specific models — we can sometimes accommodate smaller trial orders.
Production lead time is 7-15 days after order confirmation. Shipping time depends on the method: Air freight 5-10 days, Sea freight 20-35 days, Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx) 3-7 days.
We provide 1-2 evaluation samples free of charge. The customer covers the shipping cost (freight collect). Samples typically ship within 3 business days.
Our products carry CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. We can also obtain additional certifications (REACH, UL, etc.) for specific markets upon request. Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom logo (laser engraving or screen printing), custom packaging design, custom color, and custom specifications. Our engineering team can develop products to your requirements.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and Western Union. For long-term partners, we can discuss net terms.
Every product undergoes: (1) Incoming material inspection, (2) In-line QC during production, (3) 100% final inspection before packing, (4) Random aging/burn-in testing. We provide inspection reports with each shipment.
